WARRANTY

Warranty varies depending on the type of item purchased.  Please make sure that you keep the warranty card and sales invoice (transaction receipt) for warranty purposes.

REPAIR / JOB SERVICE

Purchased items subject for repair are directed to the respective authorized service centers of each brand.

RETURN AND EXHANGE POLICY

For Homeworks to process the return and exchange request, please make sure that:       

1. The item to return has factory defects.
   2. You have the original sales invoice of the item purchased.
   3. Your request for return /exchange is still within the 7-day duration.
   4. The item is in good condition and complete upon return.
   *All parts are intact with the box and accessories, if there were any.
   5. Reasons to return/exchange fall on the acceptable reasons given by the Department of Trade and Industry.

REFUND

(accepted if the repair service would take longer time due to lack of parts/materials)
Refund shall be processed given the following conditions are met:
              1. The defect was proved to be not caused by the mishandling of the customer
              2. The item upon return is complete together with the box and accessories.
              3. The Original sales invoice was presented.

Processing time is dependent on the type of purchase transaction used:
1.2.1 Cash transaction: 15 – Head Office working days, release through check.
1.2.2 Credit, Debit and Financing transaction:  Reversal Refund; processing time is dependent on the bank policy.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Homeworks has special delivery service at Homeworks Commonwealth Branch.  Specific rates are given depending on the place of delivery.
